My recent stay at Rocky Glen Hotel Motel Gladstone was a mix of highs and lows. The family room provided ample space for our group of 5, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The fresh paint and clean linens were a welcome sight after a long road trip. The kitchen sink in the room was a convenient touch for quick clean-ups.While the room was well-equipped and spacious, the downstairs facilities left much to be desired. The outdated bathroom was neglected, and the carpets were alarmingly wet upon arrival and remained so throughout the evening.On a more positive note, the hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu, with the salmon dish standing out as a highlight. The lively atmosphere of the sports bar was enjoyable, even though the bright outside lights leaked into our room due to ill-fitting curtains.Rocky Glen Hotel Motel Gladstone is a convenient stopover for road trippers, offering decent accommodation at a reasonable price. The friendly atmosphere and attentive staff create a welcoming environment for guests. However, improvements in cleanliness and staff professionalism are crucial to elevate the guest experience.
